1. Jobsnet.asia acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities advertisement and candidates to post resumes. Jobsnet.asia is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Jobsnet.asia has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

2. The user acknowledges that the sole obligation of Jobsnet.asia is to display job advertisements, graphics, links and/or banner advertisements (hereinafter called Ad Displays) from Advertiser which conforms to the specifications set forth by Jobsnet.asia. In this regard, the Advertiser agrees that (i) Jobsnet.asia has the right to market, display, perform, transmit and promote the Ad Displays, and (ii) users of Jobsnet.asia website have the right to access and use the Ad Displays and any content and/or services directly linked to the Ad Displays (the "Advertiser Web Content").

3. Advertiser understands that once this advertisement agreement is executed, there shall be no refunds or pro-ration of rates or payments if the Advertiser elects to discontinue display of Ad Displays prior to expiration of the advertising term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jobsnet.asia may terminate this agreement if the Advertiser fails to pay any amount due hereunder and such nonpayment remains uncured for fourteen (14) days following notice to Advertiser of nonpayment.

4. Orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of the current advertising rates. Advertising rates set forth in the rate card are subject to change; any rate changes will apply to any additional advertising services requested by the Advertiser after such rate change.

5. The use of our services, website, materials, contents and links herein is at your sole risk only and Jobsnet.asia shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which results from the use or reliance or such services, business dealings, advertisements, promotions, views or opinions or any other materials, contents and information not otherwise stated. Any materials or contents downloaded, copied or otherwise obtained through the use of our services is done at your sole discretion and risk. You shall be responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or copied materials from our website including any damages from computer viruses. Any changes are made periodically to the website, materials, contents and links may be made at any time without notice to you.

6. Our services, website, materials, contents and links may contain mistakes, errors, inaccuracies or typographical errors and typographical mistakes. Jobsnet.asia, its employees, subsidiaries, associates and affiliates make no representations, endorsements or warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, about any of the services, materials, contents and links provided herein, including any advertisements supplied by the respective advertisers and their creditworthiness, truthfulness, reliability, accuracy, non-infringement of copyrights & trademarks

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JOBSNET.ASIA BE LIABLE TO THE ADVERTISER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT JOBSNET.ASIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING FROM ANY ASPECT OF THE ADVERTISING RELATIONSHIP PROVIDED FOR HEREIN. Jobsnet.asia SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER FOR MORE THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO JOBSNET.ASIA BY ADVERTISER HEREUNDER. JOBSNET.ASIA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING JOBSNET.ASIA'S SERVICES OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, JOBSNET.ASIA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY REGARDING (I) THE NUMBER OF PERSONS WHO WILL ACCESS THE AD DISPLAYS AND (II) ANY BENEFIT ADVERTISER MIGHT OBTAIN FROM INCLUDING THE AD DISPLAYS WITHIN Jobsnet.asia'S WEB SITE.

8. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Terms and Conditions, Jobsnet.asia may refuse, suspend, terminate, delete or amend any artwork, materials, information or content of any data or information or posting, or refuse such data or information to be posted at this website if it is of the opinion and view that such posting is inappropriate for whatever reasons, to comply with the legal or moral obligations as placed on Jobsnet.asia and to avoid infringing a third party rights or any other rules, standards or codes of practices that may be applicable to the posting or on this website or the internet.

9. Jobsnet.asia reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, access to materials and contents of this website with or without notice to any user, visitor and advertiser. Jobsnet.asia shall not be liable to anybody, users, visitors or advertisers or any third party, should Jobsnet.asia exercise its rights to modify or discontinue the service, use and access to this website.

You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the use, access, services or the software, in whole or in part. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between Advertiser(s) and JOBSNET.ASIA and supersedes any and all prior agreements (whether written or oral) of Advertiser(s) with respect to the subject matter set forth herein; provided, however, that all pricing will be governed by Jobsnet.asia's then-current rate card, whether in print or electronic form. This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with laws of Singapore, without regard to the actual state or country of incorporation or residence of Advertiser(s). Advertiser(s) hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore with any action arising under this Agreement. Advertiser(s) may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part.
